ID & Deposit Checks-The apartments may ask for ID and request card details to take a security deposit (taken prior to arrival) should any damages happen during your stay. Should no damages occur this will be refunded to the same card details on dep 1-2 days after guests check out. This process usually takes up to 7-10 working days dependent upon bank.
